This is one of my family's traditional food - thunder tea/ham cha/lui cha.
It's basically rice with a lot of cooked chopped vegetables and other condiments like dried shrimps and peanuts, served with the healthy green thick soup which has tea in it.
And I tell you it's so delicious!!! And also healthy of course.
These are the vegetables in the ham cha, a lot, right?

One day you just have to try this. Trust me.
(And sorry I forgot to take a picture of how it was served. I was too busy chomping it down =D)
