My mom made frozen lemon cheesecake!!
She followed the TV, and the recipe's pretty simple.
I modified a piece of that cheesecake a little bit, with ICE CREAM. =D

One layer of biscuit at the bottom, one layer of cheese, and a ball of ice cream melting on the top =D Not to mention that the whole thing was COLD.
