Damn This Fever

They say, don't ever wish to get sick one day.

I was so ignorant, and wished "Oh how I wish that I will get sick one day." on Sunday.

And guess what?

I suffered from high fever on Monday. God my back's so painful and excruciating that morning. I had to sleep throughout the class to ignore that feeling.

I slept for about 4 hours in that 6-hours-lecture by Bill. He must be so proud lol. Luckily he can understand (I hope so) and let me sleep throughout his class.

And today.

Monday 6am --- 38.3°C
Monday 7pm --- 38.5°C
Tuesday 5am --- 39°C

I super ultra hate Panadol and Antibiotics.

Actually I don't really hate antibiotics, until there's this super bitterness that lingers around in my throat FOREVER, ALL THE TIME.

And throughout the day, I feel this sudden heat and sudden coldness all the time. All I want is to stay under the blanket all day without moving a finger.

But no, my dad had to force me to wake up, eat some unappealing bread, and take the damned medication which causes eternal bitterness in my mouth.

And to top it all off, I had to pack and go back to my hometown which has NO INTERNET CONNECTION WHATSOEVER. While I'm still sick dammit. These people have no considerations for the sick. ARRGGGH!

Oh god. I will never wish to get sick anymore. Now please let me get better. I promise I'll do whatever you want. T_T.

This Bomb

My old sport shoes which had been serving me for three years faithfully croaked officially today.

That's because I can see the inside of the shoe, which is my socked feet, from the outside of the shoe.

T_T. And I thought I can still wear it for at least a month or two more.

Oh my faithful shoes! Why oh why did you choose this particular day to die??

T_T.

So I had to go out and get a new pair.

And I got this.

I'm a size 9. Can you believe it??

I bought this for the structure of it.

The box looks so nice, I couldn't resist taking a pic of it XD.

It costs me a bomb. So I have to wear this for at least 3 years. At the very least.

And I love it so much!!! (♥o♥)~~

Let's Do It Again XD!

Yo people~~ Sorry for the lack of update these few days... I got "this thing", and then I got "that thing", and then after doing this and that, I took some time to rest and regain my usual lifestyle and here I am, blogging away like never before XD.

"This thing" is my Progress Test, which I totally prepared mentally to flunk, since the questions are all...*sighs*.

And "that thing" is the trip to the amusement park straight after the test for 2 days 1 night.

Crazy trip, crazy trip schedule, crazy classmates, crazy rides and in the end, crazy me. XDXDXD~~

The weather's fantabuloso, chilly but not cold, crispy and refreshing.

For the first day, after arriving there by cable car, five of us spent most of the time camwhoring at all the random places and strolling all over the place to get fresh invigorating air (what's the purpose of going there if this is not it??).

I love this picture a lot for some reason.

In the evening we had our dinner in the food court. All of us had Japanese food XDXDXD. I wondered if my love for Japan had anything got to do with this XD.

Then after the dinner we checked into the hotel (5 person in a twin single bedroom XD) and had a crazily fun time in there snacking, laughing, and getting wasted XD. Believe me, I laughed till my tears came out at Siew May's superb mimicking skills. And I still can't believe she mimicked all that without laughing. O_o... Me, Lei Ying and Poh Lin laughed and laughed so hard that I think that our room was the noisiest one on that floor that night.

Afterwards, the three of us suddenly felt so adventurous and decided to venture out to Starbucks for a drink (the other two passed because one felt like sleeping and the other one was suffering from a leg cramp XD). Imagine, 12am, cold Starbucks drinks, outdoor and icy cold wind every 5 seconds......Brrr~~ I think one of the trip's main purpose is to challenge ourselves to extreme coldness XDXDXD.

I was real embarrassed when we took this pic because
that time one of the workers saw us and he was like
"WTH come on la you guys must have something better to do." XDXDXD.
Anyway, as usual mine's Chocolate Cream Chip (at the top),
LYing's Green Tea Frappuccino (left), and
PLin's Mocha Frappuccino (right).

And it seemed as though one hour of sitting out there having cold drinks is not so much of a challenge for us. After that we went strolling outside the buildings from 1am until 2am. And during the one hour period we even managed to camwhore outside the empty outdoor theme park at the main entrance for some time. Boy, that two gals are......*momentarily speechless*. Next time if I want to take alluring pics of ourselves in the middle of the night outside an empty theme park, I'll know who to ask XDXDXD.

Oh and that's not it. We strolled some more in the closed mall from 2am till 3am, looking at window displays as if we're
1. pitiful insomnia patients OR
2. bloodthirsty vampires out to hunt their prey.
Mwahaahaaa~~

At 3 something a.m. instead of feeling exhausted and tired we're fresh and wide awake. Now tell me how in the world did that happen?? Lol. But in the end we decided that it's best that we head back to our room and try to get some sleep cuz we're going to wake up like real early the next day. So we did. And when we got back to our room SM's awake and so four of us chatted some more for some time (and I thought we headed back to get some sleep =_=ll). However in the end all of us fell asleep without realizing it somehow...(or was it just me?) XDXDXD.

Second day---

THEME PARK DAY!

We CONQUERED most of the thrill rides including the extremes:

Spinner. Ah, this is nothing. XDXD.

Flying Coaster. Now, this is something. XDXD.

Space Shot. Horrible at the first drop, then nothing special XDXDXD.

The famous Corkscrew. We rode this twice XD.

We rode about 11 rides if I'm not mistaken. All those scary rides. To me Corkscrew, Space Shot, and Pirate Ship're sort of scary. Others were pretty pleasurable to me LOL. After that we did some souvenir shopping and heads back.

Hey let's do it again someday! Maybe to other places? XDXDXD.

But of course I haven't ;-)

Tora used to be very attractive to me last time, when I was still new to alice nine., and of course, before I met ♥SHOU♥ XDXDXD.

Anyway, to tell the truth, I like Tora's compositions a lot. And I like the fact that he's the "sanest" member in the gang LOL. Since Nao's a Starbucks freak, Pon's a moronic hyperactive kid, Saga's sex god, and Shou's ghei XDXDXD (and I meant all those in a good way, die-hard fans please don't attack me >.<). It's been some time since I watched some really good anime movies and a few nights ago I just watched this!!

9.8/10 THUMBS UP. Seriously. Whether you're an anime-addict or not, you have to watch this. And if you're an anime addict, you MUST watch this. It's not by Hayao Miyazaki the great, but it's nice nonetheless.

Very creative storyline. And very very my type. XDXDXD.

Lazy to tell more. Just go and watch it and you'll get what I mean by the AWESOMENESS of it.

TGI Friday's

It's not Friday (Why in the world they picked Friday anyway?? How about Saturday and Sunday??), but I had a nice late lunch at TGI Friday's with my dad at Pyramid.

Let's cut the crap and take a look at the alluring western food.

For appetizers, we had Fried Mac and Cheese and Fried Calamari.

Fried Calamari served with Marinara sauce. V. nice.

But to me, Fried Mac and Cheese's more of an indulgence. But I forgot to take luscious pictures of it before I finished it in an incredible speed!! ヾ(≧o≦)ノ !!

And then for the main course, we ordered Roma Chicken Cutlet and Fish & Chips.

This, is the Roma Chicken Cutlet. Lemme tell you its description on the menu: "Olive-parmesan crusted chicken, served golden and crispy, atop a fresh arugula salad. Sprinkled with our savoury tomato-olive salsa."

I know, we're all salivating now. XDXDXD.

And this, is the Fish & Chips --- "Three portions of fish fillet battered and fried to golden brown. Served with Firday's Fries, coleslas and tartar sauce."

~♥~Moon Festival~♥~

This year, we celebrated the moon festival in one of my aunt's home.

There's a really nice orchid in her lawn.

Don't ask me what's the story behind the festival because I don't really have the clear idea of it myself... So...*awkward smile*...

This year's the first year we celebrated the festival without our grandparents with us.

...

Ok let's not get the mood too down here.

Actually I sorta enjoyed the festival, you know, with all the little kids (my cousin's sons) around and attracting all the attention and so on. Plus all those great food...

Then after enjoying the delightful meal Caryl asked me and Irene (note: my brother's not invited because she knows that whenever my bro's involved something big's going to happen and I don't mean it positively) to light up all the lanterns in the yard *to let her son enjoy the view*. We were like "Yay! Let's play lanterns and candles!" and then straightaway work on our grand project like three-years-olds instead of the REAL three-years-olds who sit back and watch us working on our ambitious scheme.

But you know parents are protective and three-years-olds aren't supposed to play around with candles and fire so it's okay.

So after we played around for about 30 minutes, this is what we produced~~~

I don't care if you people think it's childish or whatever, I just want to release my overwhelmed feelings somewhere.

No, nothing special happened. As I said, I just want my blog to know how much I love them XD.

And don't suggest me to tell them that "I love you". Because it's really embarrassing and in my family we just don't simply say "I love you" to each other. And even if I do tell my parents that I love them, they would immediately get a thermometer and see if I'm suffering from a fever. Or they'd be all "What happened? Why're you talking like that?" and so on.

Let's just say, my family is just the kind of family that prefer to express love by actions.
