Dang It

I hate it when people rely on me so much.

Because I'm not that good / responsible / kind / nice / reliable / stable / whatever-positive-elements-you-can-ever-think-of.

And I particularly hate people who're very kind and good to me, made me feel so damn guilty for being bad =D

Yvonne..

So Whatcha Gonna Do?

Hah, I don't usually post english lyrics up but this song's particularly nice to me at this moment so I thought it deserves to have its lyric posted here.

Generation

by: Simple Plan

(Listen)
(Ohh, ohh)
(Ohh, ohh)

I'm sick of all this waiting
And people telling me what I should be
What if I'm not so crazy
Maybe you're the one that's wrong, not me
So what you gonna do, what you gonna say
When we're standing on top and do it our way
You say we got no future
You're living in the past
So listen up, that's my generation

[CHORUS]
(hey ho, let's go!)
It's going down tonight
(hey ho, let's go!)
We're gonna do it til we die
(hey ho, let's go!)
'Cause I, I, I got no reason to apologize
That's my generation

(ohh, ohh)
(ohh, ohh)

I don't need to say I'm sorry
I do what everybody wants to do
It's not so complicated
'Cause I know you want the same thing, too
So what you gonna do, what you gonna say
When we're standing on top and do it our way
You say we got no future
You're living in the past
So listen up, that's my generation

[CHORUS]

(Listen)

Don't need to say I'm sorry
(ohh, ohh)
It's not so complicated
'Cause I know you want the same thing, too

[CHORUS (x2)]

***

Well said, guys, very well said. SO WHATCHA GONNA DO? That is precisely my generation.

Widen My View

Been blog hopping until just now.

Sometimes I think, blog hopping can really widen your view, on various human personalities, on different lifestyles, on numerous perceptions towards life.

Some other people's lives can be so much different than yours that you could go speechless while you read through it.

While some others, you expect their lives to be bizarre, but actually their normal routine's just the same as yours.

I like blogs that make me go "Wow" instead of "OMG".

I like blogs that bring about a feeling a relaxation instead of others.

Besides, you can really read out a person's personality from the blog they wrote. A part of it, at least.

Sometimes I'm glad I'm not living an insane life. Glad that I'm still sane, and not steering myself away from reality so much that it could whip back at me.

I wonder how could those people live such a different lifestyle? Maybe it's the norm for them and not for me.

But still, it looked so ridiculous to me that I'd never thought that such... unique personalities ever exist in this world.

People calls them bitch, sluts. I call them people with unique personalities ;)

So unique that, there're times I felt like grabbing them and placing them in a test tube to investigate on.

But of course, why waste time investigating people with unique personalities. =D

I simply can't wait for the day they wake up and suffer for their own act.

I'm such a sadist, I know XD.

Meryl Streep

Anyone of you watch The Devil Wears Prada before?

Meryl Streep played as Miranda in that movie.

And her role in this movie's one of the most impressive ones in my opinion, along with Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump and Heath Ledger in Dark Knight.

I really like how she played Miranda in her own unique way. Somehow when I read the book, Miranda's softer and not as arrogant as the Miranda Meryl played in the movie.

Which absolutely highlighted Miranda's character in the movie.

Let's take a look in Devil Wears Prada shall we?

I *LOVE* her elegant smile in this movie. Very.

Stunning, professional, and classy. Thumbs-up d(≧∀≦)b

And although I enjoyed Mamma Mia! the movie, her role in the movie loathes me. Lol.

When I saw her I was like "OMFG what happened to the elegant Meryl Streep?!", in my heart, of course ;)

I mean, just see it yourself!

You can see wrinkles and all the other signs that tell you "OLD".

And OMG, I don't even wanna talk about this picture.

I rewatched Devil Wears Prada again the other day, it's a really good movie =)

Taxi

Just finished watching the drama Love Revolution.

It's sort of a mature adult's drama so I wouldn't say much about it.

But there's a quote I like from this drama:

"Love is like waiting for a taxi, you never know when it'll come.
When you wait for it and even search for it, it won't show up.
And just as you've given up and are about to walk home...
a taxi shows up. "

Indeed, how very true.

CROSS GAME

It was out two days ago.

MY BELOVED ALICE NINE.'S LATEST SINGLE: CROSS GAME.

I love their PV to the very death.

Why?

Cuz it's dark, cost-saving, and full of COOLness.

And no I'm not being sarcastic.

You know how I love darkness and black and velvet and Shou's camwhoring. XDXDXD

But I still think something's lacking in this new song...

I still heart RAINBOWS.

The thrill, the show-offs, the plain GROOVY feel in RAINBOWS MV.

Gosh I sounded so gay XD.

But still I love RAINBOWS.

It's play count in my media player's 127.

Not to mention that I've played it n-times on my MP3 player as well.

Weeeee~~

Yvonne..

Smelly

It looks normal, unappetizing, and dry.

It stinks like shit XD.

But when it's in my mouth, it's like edible treasure =D

Introducing --- the smelly tofu.

XDXDXD

Desktop Showcase 3

I know, this is getting a lil bit annoying but my hands are just too itchy. Hehe.

And this shot of Tora's just too byootiful that I couldn't resist, made it into a wallie, and well, ta-dah!

I really wish that Tora's going to keep this style for a long time, because I really like it. Very VK.

And that pose! Fantabuloso~ XDXDXD

My Love for Sushi = ∞

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

That's my love for sushi.

I heart sushi. I dream of sushi. I drool when I see sushi. I ogle sushi. And if possible, I wanna --- *ahem* XDXDXD

If you wanna kidnap me, just buy me a van of sushi XDXDXD.

Kidding XD.

And imagine my love for the supermarket when they're selling just 90 cents for a piece of sushi.

SUSHI!! I love you TOO MUCH!! XDXDXD

They're just so BEAUTIFUL and SEXAY and ALLURING, right?

I can't believe anybody could ever resist sushi. Because I just can't imagine myself doing that.

(And I love the auto focus feature of my cam XD)

Finally

Done my finals.

That's it, my answer scripts are on their way to UK.

I wished I could kiss them good luck XD.

Now, I just have to wait for three agonizing month, and see if I passed them or not. (≧Д≦)

Well, that's that.

Cute Piece of Info

Came across this when I was surfing around:

Some of it are quite true heh.

Yvonne..

How Good is Technology?

You know sometimes I don't really think it's healthy that we're relying a bit too much on technology, socially-wise.

All those IMs, mobile text messaging service, and so on.

What's funny is that we're depending a lot on these devices to communicate and maintain relationships.

Which, sometimes, when I think about it, is really pathetic.

I'm not trying to offend or anything, since most of you already know that I will die without Internet XD.

But I'm too immersed in it now that it sets me off thinking, "Is this healthy?"

80% of my off-college days social interactions are based on these devices.

It doesn't feel healthy.

And sometimes I prefer these instead of real-life interactions.

But I know very well that it's not 100% earnest and truthful.

There are more chance for us to coax, to deceive, to create a beautiful, evidence-less web of lies if we choose to.

Sometimes I thought, "What happened to letters?"

I always thought that letters are romantic and filled with emotions from our very own handwriting.

Once, I read from the papers that there's a guy from China who does nothing but online everyday and when provoked by his parents he claimed that he did have a few close friends.

Whom he do not know of the face and background.

Hey, these things happen.

Does it feel right?

It depends on you.

But to me, I don't feel that it's quite natural and "right".

It feels surreal, and sometimes you'll wonder if you're talking to a web of computers who generate appropriate response to you and keeps you going on.

Eerie doesn't it? =)

Imagine one day you saw one of your online "close friends" on the street... and when you tap on his/her shoulder... he/she didn't even know who you are.........................

Hey, it may happen.

Suddenly I feel like starting a campaign where no one can use any social technology tools for a week or something.

It'll be interesting wouldn't it? ;)
