YDD Burger

When it's raining like shit out there, all you'll ever wish for is a really warm and toasty meal.

Or perhaps some nice sizzling and meaty sensation while watching the raindrops sliding down the window glass as you stare out the sky.

Alright fine I admit that I'm just crapping to annoy my readers back there XD.

Anyway, my point is, one of the best food to have when it's cold out there is BURGER.

Therefore, introducing --- Yvonne's Damn Delicious (aka YDD) Burger.

It's so damn delicious, that I boast being the co-creator of this recipe, and am so proud of it that I named it YDD Burger.

The bun, lightly buttered, toasted to slightly golden crispy perfection. And then some smooth mayonnaise's slathered on the bottom bun, then add the fried eggs (with yolk half cooked) on top, after that a half handful of crunchy chopped lettuce, followed by sliced fresh tangy tomatoes and cool cucumber, finally adding the main course --- the juicy meat patty, nonetheless, with a slice of half-melting cheese on top, then topped off with the top bun.

Life can be so wonderful sometimes =D

Teh ingredients.

Teh fresh tangy tomato slices.

Teh chopped crunchy lettuce.

Teh juicy meat patties.

Teh cool cucumber slices.

The toasted slightly crispy bun.

Teh fragrant fried eggs.

Perfecting the bun.

Teh Tower.

Thai chili sauce, tender meat patty.

Cucumber and tomato slices, lettuce.

Egg, mayonnaise.

Trust me, one bite's all it takes for you to forget that you're actually still alive, not in heaven.

YDD Burger
Serves 4











Ingredients:

• Four burger buns
• Some butter
• Some mayonnaise
• Fresh lettuce
• Two tomatoes
• A medium sized cucumber
• Slices of cheese/cream cheese spread
• Chicken/beef meat patties
• Sauces of your choice
• Pickles
• Eggs
• Black pepper/pepper/salt

Instructions:

1. Wash the vegetables, chopped up lettuce but not too finely, slice tomatoes and cucumber.
   
2. Cut the burger bun in half and butter up each side of each bun.
   
3. Heat up non stick frying pan, place the buns buttered-side down onto the pan.
   
4. Flip it occasionally to get that slightly crispy edges of the bun.
   
5. Next, fry the eggs and patties.
   
6. You can cut the piece of patty in half before placing it in the pan to make it crispier.
   
7. Slather/spread mayonnaise on the toasted bun.
   
8. Assemble the meat and the veggies between the buns as you like.
   
9. Season with salt/pepper/sauces.
   
10. Trick: Make sure you get the cheese in right after you fry the patties so that they can melt.
    
11. Serve with pride. Lol.

Peak Hours of Cursing

Do you wanna know when do I curse the most?

It's when driving on a congested HIGHWAY (see the irony there? CONGESTED HIGHWAY) during peak hours.

Even if you're driving an auto car, it will drive you to insane no worse than driving a manual one.

My leg got so numb, then so sore, that when I reach home I nearly forgot how to walk.

Seriously, on the road, you can find so many things you can curse at.

The most irritating habits on highway in descending order:

1. Bloody lorry/bus/heavy duty vehicle drivers behaving like number 2.
   
2. Demented morons who drive at 80kmph (or sometimes, LESS) on the OUTER lane, too dreamy to realize what's going on at the back, which is about a line of 10 agitated drivers (that includes me, yes) following at the back, yelling "GTFO YOU FRIGGIN MORON!!". Some of us got too agitated, and got transformed to a number 3 (now you know why number 3 exists).
   
3. Psychotic freaks who weave between cars on different lanes in 130kmph, endangering everyone on the highway.
4. Bloody handicapped drivers who either don't know/too ignorant/handicapped/retarded to turn on the signal lights when trying to change lanes. Think about the motorcyclist you retards! Think they're invisible?? I just saw one accident today, motorcycle hit on the side back bumper of a car (driven by a lady, nonetheless), and it's dead obvious that this is the case. Damn handicapped ****tards, if you don't know how to use a signal light then forgodssake DON'T FREAKING DRIVE.
   
5. ****ing drunks who's either drunk/on mobile phone call/sms-ing, swaying on the lane, going super-slow on it's respective lane, trapping everyone at the back, who can't overtake this car because it's ****king swaying on its lane.
   

Sorry for the sudden agitated post, but I need to release my emotions somewhere. Some drivers deserve it just too much.

If you're a driver, please, be considerate of the others, the road's not your grandfather's.

I Hate Wednesday

Did I mention that I hate Mondays? I did right?

Here's something new, I hate Wednesdays as well.

Why? Because the previous day which is Tuesday I have class from 3pm to freaking 9pm (Who the **** goes to college until at night? Those ****ing timetable schedulers are ****ing crazy).

Then Wednesday I have class from 8am to 6pm. But I have to start going to college at frigging 6am because I have to avoid the damned traffic jam.

You know I might as well start finding an abandoned room in the college and live there illegally because, if you exclude the hours that I sleep, the time I spend in college way outweigh the time I spend in my own home dammit.

Let's quote Mr. T6, "WHY?? LIFE???"

I feel like doing a research on the suicide rates of professional accounting students. I might be able to reveal some skeletons in the closet for all I know.

I don't really wanna think how my life will be after entering the advance level.

Due to certain circumstances, my broadband connection will be cut off in March and I wouldn't be showing my face online that often anymore.

Benjamin Button

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Unique story, inspiring, and makes you think. A lot.

I've been wanting to watch this since last year when I found out about it.

A little bit of heart-twisting sadness, a little bit of tickling humour, a little bit of romance and a whole lot of life lessons. I love this movie to no end and I'm sure this, will be one of the Movies of the Year.

"I was born under unusual circumstances."

A man who was born in his eighties and aged backwards, then died as a baby.

Benjamin's just living his life like everyone else, the only difference is that he's going the other direction.

My favourite quote from the movie, "You can be mad as a mad dog at the way things went; You can swear and curse the fates; But when it comes to the end, you have to let go." The quote echoes my thoughts and I couldn't agree more.

As I said, it makes you think, a lot.

The anti-climax during the end of the movie's finished off with a line from Benjamin:

"Along the way you bump into people who make a dent on your life. Some people get struck by lightning. Some are born to sit by a river. Some have an ear for music. Some are artists. Some swim the English Channel. Some know buttons. Some know Shakespeare. Some are mothers. And some people can dance. "

I really can't elaborate more because I couldn't put what I think and feel into words. This says something about the movie already, no?

Hung out with Shadows and her sis Snow Priestess (Wahaahaa) at TSquare.

After watching a movie, again we squeezed our brain juice to think of a nice place to have our lunch.

And then I remembered reading a good review on Vivo American Pizza & Panini so I suggested there.

And I'm so glad that I suggested it (no idea about the other two though =P).
